![]() If for some reason, the ‘Troubleshoot sound problems’ option isn’t available in the taskbar, you can start it from settings too. Right-click on the Speaker/Headphone icon in the taskbar of your PC. Try to plug the headphone on the front panel or at the back of the cpu. Try to reconnect again the headphone cables. Please take a screenshot of Device Manager > Sounds, video and game controllers. What is the make and model of your computer? Did you made any changes recently? When was the last time it's working properly? What is your current Windows version and edition?
